We made Sticky Ginger Cauliflower bites made with Sweet Ginger BBQ for Superbowl and can't get enough! Try this at home for a delicious, easy and in season meal.
An easy 30 minute dinner
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 head romanesco or cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup Sweet Ginger BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp agave
Sesame seeds
Preparation
Mix flour, milk, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth, adjusting for liquid to get a consistency that coats the back of a spoon. Dip florets in batter. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until golden, flipping florets midway for even cooking.
Fold into sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve as an appetizer or with rice as a main!
