What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to hello@ourpantry.com.

My sauces are leaking, what should I do? 

If you notice that your jar is leaking or that the pressure seal on the cap is raised, do not consume product and throw it out. Contact hello@ourpantry.com for a replacement.

Can I find Our Pantry near me?

Yes! Check our Instagram for a list of local stores. We're carried by specialty stores across the country! 

I'm a stockist and wants to carry Our Pantry, who do I contact?

Where are your products made?

Our Pantry products are manufactured in Winter Springs, Florida at a family-run co-manufacturing facility.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The best by date is stated on all jars and is two years from the date of manufacture.

Is your packaging recyclable?
