One of our favorite ways to entertain this spring is to go all out on a simple, gorgie graze board. It's the perfect snack and appetizer for any meal, no matter who you are entertaining. The secret is to shop for the most beautiful spring produce (think flowering broccolini and cauliflower) and pair it with your favorite olive oil and dipping sauce (hem hem).
Spring Graze Board
1 handful of radishes, thinly sliced on a mandolin
2 bunches of flowering broccolini and cauliflower
1 bunch of shaved baby carrots, washed and peeled
- Clean and prep all your veggies. Assemble on a wooden graze board. Sprinkle with flaky salt and pepper. Serve with our Sweet Ginger BBQ and olive oil for dipping.
